Dear Riot, What the hell are y'all doin to Vlad, this ain't even funny anymore.....He's so god damn weak and his healing ain't shit so building tank is useless as all hell, his dmg is even more shit plus u can't build him full dmg cause if u do u explode faster than u can "pool". What is he good for, being a meat shield? Vlad was a champ I loved, a champ I main....now, I can't even touch him or look at him, even the ADC's of 2017 can stomp him. Just bring my boy back to life Riot please..... RIP
