BAN TIMERS

Okay I have had enough! I am sick of these STRICT BAN TIMERS they are VERY UNFAIR RIOT PLEASE. So many times I have been in champion select and the client decides it doesn't wanna let me ban. GREAT now I am FORCED to wait a ban timer ranging from 5 to 15 minutes when its RIOTS FAULT. There are also times where I get in the game but they the time the game starts it crashes from some random connection issue within the game itself, can't connect to the damn game and what do you know?! MORE FUCKING BAN TIMERS. These strict rules are the most annoying thing and should be fixed seriously... At least make it so you only get timers from repetition rather than instant timers! NOT FAIR.
