The new update is so dumb. Why can't it be like the old ways where you get ip every game. It was so easy back then. Now i started a smurf account and it is like 10x harder to play then years ago when i created this account. Plz riot can you change it back so we can get blue essence every game. thx.
If I remember some of the long time players thought that the method for earning blue essence was too easy (and actually complained about it on the forums). Unfortunately, they were listened to and this came at the expense of players who were starting new accounts. And I can assure you earning the BE for new champions for a second account right now is an absolute pain.
The grind is annoying, that I’ll agree with. But I’d argue that we get a bit more than before. If you’re lucky, you’d get 3 or more champ shard from one capsule alone without hitting a milestone. RNG sucks tho.
Seems to me like I purchase a new champ at pretty much the same rate as before. Leveling a new account doesn't suck. I'm level 20 and have 20 viable champions to play ranked with when I get to level 30. I purposely did that to refute all the BS people spew about leveling new accounts to prove that they are wrong and can't manage their BE for shit and spend wisely. But those are gamers today, spoiled millenials who need things handed to them with little to no effort. Typical mentality of current times.
