Xerath 6.9

I'm writing this thread in hope to get some answers because no comment (upvoted or not) in the 6.9 Balance Q&A about Xerath has recieved a single answer.

Right now Xerath baseline kit and mana seem in the right place, the fixing on his Q didn't hurt since experienced Xerath players are used to aim. What really bugs me though are the changes to his ultimate. That 0.1 seconds added delay is what crosses the line between hitability and hitting only if the enemy is distracted. Add to that that after rank 1 hitting 3 shots deals considerably lower damage which gives no feeling of reward for hitting an already hard to land ultimate.

Synergy with keystone is another huge problem, DFT does nothing expecially after the nerf on AP items, TLD just keeps being the less worse.

Hey stars, I'm a xerath main with almost 400k xp and i have been loving this update. Basically the reward for timing your stun correctly gives you a morgana length stmorga

As I said his basic kit doesn't bother me at all and I'm rather happy with it. His ultimate is the problem and needing to land a max range E to hit it once doesn't sound right (if that's what you were implying).

Maybe if Rite of the Arcane had a "Grounding" effect that might work since it is already dodgeable with T1 boots. Right now it's just an unrewarding pain to land.
