Auto-pick Declared Champion

I'm coming over from Heroes of the Storm and have been having a good time learning and playing League of Legends. The complexity of the game is huge for a new player coming in, so during Draft I tend to select my champion and then spend the remainder of the time researching the basics of my ally / enemy champions.

There is one small missing feature I just can't get over, and would like to make a friendly recommendation. When I am on the Draft page and have declared my intent for a Champion, when it comes time for me to officially "Lock-In", I should automatically be locked in to my intended Champ at the end of the countdown instead of booted from the game and being treated as a draft-dodger (5 minute ban).

The reason I miss clicking Lock-In is because I'm really trying to learn this game. I'm either editing a Rune page (because I can only have 2 custom rune pages at level 15 and constantly have to change them), reading up on Champions that I haven't played against (extremely common given the size of the roster), or some other thing to try and be a good player / teammate.
