Remove New Champions in Ranked

Hi. Is there any way we can remove New Champions from being played in ranked? I don't mean forever, I just mean for the first day or two. Because it seems to happen every time. Somebody plays a normal game with Reksai, or whoever the new champ is that week and then they transition to ranked. I'll admit this is probably more of a problem in lower elo, but still I'm sure the problem exists in all tiers.
Let's take Reksai for example. He seems fairly complex. I've played with him three times now, two times on my team and one time on the other team, and all three times the team with Reksai has lost. (I'm plat by the way) It's not that the person doesn't know Reksai's abilities, because generally they do, it's that they don't know the damage out put, or how well they trade with other champs. This can also work in their favour (Canadian spelling), because people playing against Reksai won't know what they're up against. But generally speaking the new champions almost always cost their team a game. People, tell me what you think.

I'm actually fond of this.

Give some time for players to learn the champ before they bring it to Ranked (or learn playing against it).

It also happens that someone who has PBE access has become great with the new Champion but hardly anyone knows how to fight against it.

So it's unfair both ways.

YES! If free week champs aren't allowed in ranked, new champs should be given a 1 week wait time. It makes me mad to have to waste a ban so my team doesn't pick a new champion.
