How does Twitch do damage?
So I was playing Twitch and I decided to go bork/youmuus build. It was the most depressing game I've played in so long. I felt like I did no damage even when I ulted. How does Twitch do damage?

when i play twitch i almost always get 20 kills. his damage is insane.
His ult contributes a LOT to his damage, because it means you can spread your damage (and passive stacks) out. However, it's really important to remember that his stealth has an attack speed steroid attached to it. As we all know, steroids are amazing on Marksmen, and this is no exception. Stealth before a fight breaks out, and come out swinging with your ult and AS bonus, and there's your damage.
Also, don't be afraid to use your E once you have max stacks on someone. Using it doesn't get rid of your passive stacks, it just does additional damage. So, there's no harm in using it once it makes sense to do so, and potentially get it back off of cooldown before the dust settles. You don't need to save it for a secure.
Twitch is a mid to late game hyper-carry. You will be at a disadvantage early on. The point with him is to survive to mid and late game and then delete people with his combo (stealth > cask > AA to full stacks > use E > watch people die).

You need all the attack speed. Dont do ghostblade on him unless your good at using the active because he needs attack speed. Usually i go botrk Phantom dancer. I have even built him botrk runnans and still done good damage. Its all about staking that passive as quick as possible.
Also, he really needs someone to do an engage for him so he can spray and pray, so hes not great when your team has no tanks.
His passive true damage may not seem like much, because it's really not all that phenomenal unless you have 3+ stacks. But his AoE autoattacks are what makes him really dangerous. It's the same reason they don't buff sivir more. An ADC that can do AoE damage is a very scary thing. There's a reason Jinx is doing so well.
A lot of your damage with Twitch comes with smart use of your Expunge. Get a few stacks off and then pop it, even if you don't have as many as you could in a few seconds, because you never know when you might lose the chance. If someone is bearing down on you, yeah, poison them all to hell. But in early trades your focus should be on whittling them down, not bursting them down. Let the insane damage come in the late game, and work with your support very closely to get some early kills if you can.
when twitch hits 6 items, its usually gg with a tiny bit of peel.
Twich's dmg is really dangerous i cant say if get crit items and attack speed you can kill easly even a zed fed up why i say this? beause i tried it!
The bad things about twich he doesnt have good def so he can die easly from stuns teemo poison vel koz passive and more
The good things are if someone is hunting u like the freaking rengar that jump out of the bush and one shots you you can use your q if u max it its really helpful also twich dmg on assasins and tanks doesnt make diffrence u deal the same dmg! i love vel koz <3
i main twitch and i have started with black cleaver my last 10 games, then boots, IE/Hurrican/Essence/Guardian angle.
have 8/2 W/R with this build right now in ranked, not much but it works for me.
You get the 40% CR, so that u can get out our E much more often.
As others have said, a bit slow in the beginning but just try to get the last hit on minions and play safe and you should be good.

mostly by auto-attacking during his ult. The crucial thing is to use his stealth to position yourself in a way that you can just go full-assault and keep on attacking till everyone is dead. He´s quite complicated to play, but his potential is pretty much unmatched.
Get in enemy range(get help by your support or try to stealth), process stacks on enemy through AA, use W on them to put further stacks on them, use your E twitch was hit hard by nerf, so it's difficult to deal a lot of damage with him if you don't master him, by the way

...oh, thats not what you mean? I usually don't go for the Botrk/youmuus thing. I prefer a slightly more traditional Youmuus>IE>BotRK build.
