Why isn't Nocturne in the Blood Moon game mode?
Does Riot just no longer consider him an assassin? That seems strange considering he is one and is often built as one. He seems like he'd be so much fun in that mode! Why is he not on that list?!

His ultimate would fuck with the whole mode. He would be a must-pick.
They probably just went for a number of 20 people and then filled the roster.
hes a diver thats why he wasnt in the roster update for assasins and why he will be in the at some point coming diver update
I personally was wondering the same about wukong. I far prefer his lethality build.
He's a diver. It's just that he's too easy to break away from so he's built like an assassin to frontload his damage.

nocturne is considered a dive fighter. which actually makes more sense.
his entire kit is kinda, dive in with his ult and start chasing/auto attacking people.
