Seriously, that skill is so versatile and useful. I mean sure its a lot longer than lee sin q but it uses the same mechanics.
That skill added to basically any champion is a useful, interesting and strong skill.
What are your thoughts?

Maybe a Melee-only item with relatively decent stats on it and an active that's the poro throw but with different visuals and a less long range. It would be nice for those gapcloser-less champions. And what if, say, the maximum range scaled with a stat? If you want it to be a viable tank item (for initiation, say) then you make it scale with max health! Or if you really want it for an assassin play style, then make it scale off combined AP/AD stats.

Would be fantastic on Nasus, then you realize the champs with gap closers will use it for a second gap closer, or in many cases a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th.
