I do not understand what is in Riot's head

For reals now...Master Yi should not be viable in ranked yet he carries every damn single game i see him in. As a gragas main jungler i put tromendous effort into delaying his transformation into super sayajin 4 but it just inevitable. Even if he is 0/3 it does not matter at all. He WILL eventually get a double and start to snowball in a crazy fashion...and i know.."CC HIM TO DEATH"..it just never happens. The new rageblade/dev/steraks gage build is just stupid. Stupid, retarded, idiotic..and most of all...very very stupid. Broken. There is no way to stop this guy from becoming a monster. I put effort, coordonation, pings from other lanes to gank him, delay him, many times it actually works, but it is an overall effort that is not worth it. Everyone loses xp and cs just to try to gank him in the jungle..but to him it means nothing. Even if you get a kill on him he will just run away and come back later when he is Jesus Christ. Fuck this for real
