Keyboard Macros and Software

Alright I don't really know where to start so I will get right to the point, I noticed that my new keyboard has a few keys for macro. I was wondering if i could use them so that I can push a key and it says something in chat that is easier to push a key than type.

Ex. "I can roam soon, let lanes push and ill be on my way!" "I think we should go dragon." "Could i get a gank?" "We should reset." Things of that nature that could be said in pings but are much better said in words.

I had thought of doing this before, because on my old keyboard I had a macro that set off a noise whenever I pushed it to sort of hype myself up. (SkyWilliams told me to) And i had thought of setting a macro that did this with that software. I never did it because i wasn't really sure if it was allowed and didn't really care to ask about it. So i was wondering if you would be allowed to do this with software/hardware, which ones would be allowed and where is the line drawn?

Thanks for enlightening me!
