Lemme guess. Too many Janna mains in Riot HQ?

Her winrate is always solidly 'boosted' by only being played by support mains. Support remains the most autofilled role, and autofilled supports are...notorious for their badness. Never seen one take janna yet.
She's also very good into 'hard engage' supports, like Rakan, Ali, Leona, who are popular of late.
I suspect that even accounting for both of these factors she's on the strong side at the moment, but not as strong as the raw numbers would suggest.
I think a little bit less width on that tornado might make a suitable nerf if one is needed.
