I just recieved an icon with the message thank you from Riot Games. Anyone knows what this means?

I have the icon equipped by the way, it has something to do with Pulsfire Ezreal, but i already have an icon for that skin

It's for owning Pulsefire Ezreal. Yeah, there already is an icon for that, but they updated the skin so there's a new icon now.
