She's basically perma banned in high elos.
How hard is it to put out a quick fix.
I mean really, if you want an easy solution to champs that are permabanned and have such a toxic kit like this why not just disable her for the time being.

Not every champion has to require skill. Not every champion has to be mechanically intensive. Some champions simply require that you understand what you should do, where you should be, and when you should do it.
There is no shame in playing a knowledge based champion. People who play them know their limits, after all.
Elisza Kitsune1 votesBasically if one person on your team gets fed (20/0/10 for example) and the score is 30 to 30. Soraka just spams her W on the super fed person and they're basically unkillable especially if they are a tank and the enemy has an immobile ad carry
