Question about the new mastery Runic Armor

I was playing Irelia and i was wondering if it would work with her W Hiten Style as it give you five hp basic and doubles when activated and since the Runic Armor gives 8% more to healing and everything else like shields? I would really appreciate the help i really want to hear from people and find out if this works or not thanks and have a wonderful day [slayer-jinx-catface]
