Ranked s10 needs THESE CHANGES PLEASE

I have been playing league of legends on and off since season 5 and I am a massive fan of GOOD league games. I want QUALITY games. I watch the major professional regions for years like the LCK, LPL, NA, EU. I have fallen in love with the caster, the players, the strategies, I love the vod reviews and piece by piece dissection of games from papasmithy and other casters. The frequent problem for more than half a DECADE has been solo q. It's not just a particular elo complaining about this either it's THE PRO PLAYERS AS WELL. I really want season 10 to introduce SUSPENSION (no longer bans) of players whom GRIEF. If you're toxic I don't care, I can mute you, I CAN'T MUTE INT. I can't mute griefing. I have myself, and many people I watch and personally know have lost SO MANY games because of players simply picking new champions they have no idea how to play, bringing them into ranked and getting their asses kicked and then will just say "why should I care? It's just a game." That's such an annoying mentality to have when a large majority of people who play ranked want to get better and want to see progress and want to take the game seriously but can't because players like those. I'm so tired of losing games because I have a tank building full mr against a full ad team. It's ridiculous. Solo q is quite literally the reason why league is even an esport. It's the breeding ground of amazing players and when solo q quality is so bad that professional players complain about it for years and not much is being done to fix it, it's pathetic at this point. Can we please bring back the unskilled report button? Why was that even taken away? And why is teambuilder no longer a thing? We push league of legends as a team game so hard but remove team builder which was still very much solo q only you had the team comp you wanted and the players who PLAY THOSE CHAMPIONS IN THOSE ROLES on your team. The game quality was infinitely better. I don't care if I lose because the other team was better, I care if I lose because of people not giving a fuck on my team and think trolling is rational because they didn't get their champion or role. SUSPEND them from ranked for a month or so. I have played 5 man flex q (ranked and norms) with friends the same rank as me and we have an amazing win rate with something like 97% through 40 games. Why can't we get the same game quality in solo q? BECAUSE WE DON'T VIEW SOLO Q TEAMMATES AS TEAMMATES. Please consider bringing back team builder. It would make ranked so much better. I want better gameplay, I want better quality of games.
