remake should be changed i have played 3 times now and 3 times my teamates have gone afk after 1 min or less in the match but we couldnt remake i really fucking hate it. so basically what happens is that 0,1 seconds in the match it pops up summoners has dced and he didnt reconnect all game i thought you could remake but nope. i wish riot could change or do something about that because its basically open game and it can be abused

I've had a jungler intentionally leave the game to save the rest of us LP because he forgot smite. We were able to remake then (btw, thanks random Volibear play, you a real mvp)

Ya, it should have let you remake. It may have been a bug (ha pun 
) or it may just be different on the EUW servers (although it shouldnt)
