Thoughts about the nerf to Exhaust?
If Flash can serve 1000 purposes then why can't exhaust serve 13?

I'm ok with it, Exhaust had 0 counterplay before, and now it won't be used offensively except for a slow, it will still do its job just fine.
Flash has 5 minute CD, you can actually play around its long CD.
Exhaust was actually stronger than flash on a lower CD (up every fight), now its not as overpowered.
I guess people are just indifferent to the changes then. Maybe Supports will get Heal too now that Exhaust doesn't Save ADC fights anymore at bot-lane.
The difference is that flash is basically a game mechanic, not a summoner spell. The choice of a summoner spell is meant to be balanced so everything that is not flash has a place and a use, without being too strong.
How can you compare flash to exhaust... exhaust has a specific purpose flash doesn't.
