Locking Bans is Really Dumb

I understand it speeds up the queue, but please just shorten the timers even faster and remove the requirement to lock bans. During discussions with teammates, often times you last second switch bans and don't click lock in. Playing the game for 3+ years now, and the game makes a switch so drastic every mistake gets you a 6 minute ban and a loss of LP in ranked. Just remove the requirement, shorten the timers, and people (me) won't have to rage about this stupid new champion select all the time. I play so casually and have been a league player for 3+ years now and I want to get used to this new champion lock in but it is not like i play all the time so i forget continuously. Just make it auto lock the current selected champion at 0 seconds again....
