Surrendering in ranked.

I think surrendering in ranked should not be aloud. What do you think?

Um yeah it should because if the damn score is like 9-24 at 20 minutes with an inhib down its pointless to keep playing this and move onto the next.

Yup, if you lost that hard, there is nothing left to learn from that game. Just accept defeat and move-on. No need to turtle and stall for 20 more minutes just to lose anyways.

Obviously there is always comeback potential, but sometimes its not worth the time to try and look for that unlikely throw.

Also 4/5 vote is completely fair to keep you in the game if some people still think there is a chance.

Nobody enjoys surrendering, but that's why you need 4/5 people voting yes to do so. If you're at that point, games over.

I don't like pansies that surrender, that said if the pansies outnumber you 4:1 they have the right to wuss out.

Way to degrade those who disagree with your point of view...

League is a game designed to be fun. Normals are for simply playing the game, and ranked is where those who enjoy competition go. it's all about enjoyment, and so if a particular match stops being fun there is a way out. If you want to treat League like a profession perhaps you should find something better to do with your time.

Well the problem with people that surrender is 90% of the time they get all upset like children and start intentionally throwing away objectives and giving the enemy kills to drive their point home since they can't handle the pressure and throw a fit about it instead of trying to turn it around. Yeah, they're kinda pansies. A team digs their hole they deserve to have to try to climb out of it. The sad part is most would rather give up.

To those people that have it so deep up their *** that can't even see when it's time to quit: Get a reality check.

Yes, you should maintain a positive outlook and try to look for plays and see if you can comeback. HOWEVER, at the same time you need to know when to call it quits. 2-32 in 20 minutes where their support can 1v2 your carries is probably a time when you should surrender.

If you ask me, being overly stubborn and "overly-fake-optimistic" is just as toxic as being negative. You are wasting other peoples' time when it is clearly over. Just get over it and play your next game already.
