does that heals and shields are 5% stronger does this also aply if you have it as a rune on vi for her pasive?

ELECTROCUTE Hitting a champion with 3 unique attacks or abilities does this include ''unique attacks'' from active items? or blue smite?

MAGICAL FOOTWEAR give 10 extra movement speed so instead of 25 you get 35 does this aslo mean that i you upgrade the boots you get 55 movement speed instead of 45?

If Vi's passive gives her a sheild, then yes, it should,

It might, but they were considering for it to not to. I don't really know.

Yes(also 35 in combat/125 out of combat for Mobies, ad 65 for Swifties). Also, the boot's upgrade is 50g cheaper.
