Surrender vote system needs to be changed.

I seriously think surrender vote need to be changed. 4 out of 5 need to agree surrendering? Alright. I got not problem with that. Simple majority may have fallacy. I got no problem with that. But there are some kiddos who disagrees to surrender when there are absolutely 0 chance of winning (Ok maybe 1%). Also, some bad-mannered duos disagrees to surrender to mess the other players' feelings. So, here is my suggestion. **Let people surrender 3 out of 5 WHEN THE 3 YES VOTES ARE MADE IN CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME (like within 5~10 sec). ** I seriously think this system is necessary to make easily-stressed people out of their misery. I really do because I am one of them.
