Bring Back Kalista

Kalista is a super fun champion to play , but has recently fallen off. I feel like a few small changes in statistics could bring her back . Possibly changing her W or Buffing her passive.

Making her passive give u an attack speed boost along with the -10% attack DMG would be nice . Or just completely change W possibly to some sort of soul system that gives you stacks of a sort when killing a unit with your rend.

Fixing all of her bugs will get her closer back into the meta.
