Nasus.....

Hello everyone, just a reminder, this is my opinion! I have my own body so I have my own thoughts!

Nasus is a semi-under rated and very powerful champion. He can do such things as: split push hard, do TONS of damage (hueehueheuh), and perhaps even carry!

His Q and W (Siphoning Strike and Wither) in my opinion, are unbalanced and needs to be nerfed! Not to hard, just a nerf that will help carries like the ADC's and Middle laner, escape his wrath!

Before you type below, yes I know denying his farm early game and bringing something like summoner 1 will help a lot, but I have a few complaints.

Even though denying his farm helps in the laning phase, he can farm freely when things like team fights/when the enemy team is taking objectives. He can also destroy turrets, inhibitors, etc., VERY quickly. What I think Riot Games can do to nerf Nasus's Siphoning Strike!

  • Increase the cooldown
  • Lower the damage
  • Have Nasus lose stacks when he is slain.

Here we go again! Nasus's W, "Wither", is very over-powered! He can easily fight in 1v1 scenarios with his Q and because of this, I think Wither should be nerfed!

Wither has an insane slow that not only slows, but reduces Attack Damage by a huge %! Yes bringing things like summoner 1 or item 3140 can help remove this slow, but Wither has such a fast cooldown time! It can help junglers/roamers easily gank without any problem while the target is trying so hard to escape from the giant slow! Combine Wither with another slow, it's devastating! Also, getting summoner 1 and item 3140 take up a Summoner Spell/item slot, which can really matter!

What I think Riot Games can do to nerf Nasus's Wither!

  • Make the cooldown longer
  • Reduce the slowing and Attack Damage effect

I hope you enjoyed reading this article about Nasus! If you have anything to say, comment down below in the Comment section!

By how much?

  • Lower the damage

By how much?

Would make him not viable period.

By how much and even why, other champions get AoE slows that do damage, why shouldn't he get his single target heavy slow?

I do believe he should lose stacks upon death.

You're nerfing the wrong spells my friend.

It's his E and R that are most problematic to his balance. By far. Mostly because most people have no idea how much more powerful they make him since the effects aren't obvious. It's like people that complain about Vayne's Silver Bolts when it's her Q and R that are the real power in her kit.

Alright, let's run it down. A level 5 Spirit fire shreds 40 armor (~700 gold worth of stats gone) and does 215 up front damage. Know what deals physical damage? Siphoning Strike. You know what else it does? Makes his likely mid physical assassin and ADC deal more damage. But most people just stand on it thinking it's basically doing no damage because you're not AP Nasus not knowing all along it's probably the reason they're dying.

In the tips for playing against a Nasus it specifically states "Nasus is stronger than most champions while using his ultimate, try to avoid a direct confrontation when it is being used" I'm paraphrasing but you know what? It's 100% true!

Not only is he dealing % damage to anything and everything in a larger than you can tell AoE, he's got a bunch of bonus HP (like 1000+ gold worth) but he's also gaining TONS of attack damage from it! Oh yes, up to 15 AD per second per nearby unit. It caps at 300 AD, but when you factor in Spirit Fire, his ultimate, his passive life steal, and his Q, you're dying because you don't realize he's out-statting you HORRIBLY. You're also asking to die if you're dueling him mid game with an attack speed based anything that doesn't have a way to shrug off Wither.

He is only a problem in solo queue and in lower elo range for a reason.

Strategy destroys him. Abuse his early with ranged characters, early power creeps or camping. If he wonders off to go stack up and he is no longer easily punishable (> lvl6) then mess up the rest of his teammates forcing him to abandon his farms. End the game earlier, don't drag it out or you'll regret it.

Nasus is not strong right now. He is good in solo queue, nothing else. I like Nasus a lot, and use him as my main top laner. I exploit the system because I am in silver. but hit diamond or platinum and you will see very few Nasus picks because he just isn't that good unless in a very passive lane.

Nasus is only strong if you let him get to the late game. You need to end the game fast enough so it doesn't reach the late game or have a very strong peeling team. He can farm all he wants but if your team is taking objectives like turrets and dragons/barons you are still ahead. Let him farm all he wants if you are taking important objectives. Don't let him farm if all you are doing is randomly moving through either jungle and taking buffs since that is not worth it unless you have a very mana hungry champion. His Q if you are going to nerf it in any way it should never be "it loses stacks on death" that will completely remove him from the game unless you make him lose so little stacks that you would just say "why even bother". Nasus is a late game hyper carry he is not a tank. If he reaches the late game he will destroy your backline if you let him. DO NOT LET HIM REACH THAT LATE GAME
