Daily free dodge or dodge counter in ranked queues

I have been a long time player in league of legends. I've had good matches, bad matches, matches that made me laugh with friends, and others that have made me tear the hair out from my head.
Today I've never felt more trapped in a league game in my life. I was forced to decide to play a match that i knew we had no chance of winning or dodge and possibly get demoted. I never dodge ranked queues so i did not know that dodging a match would just get me negative points but at that point I just felt screwed. In the champ select 2 Players Player1 and Player2 were already arguing, Player2 said that he only plays Udyr nothing but udyr. Player1 didn't care and banned him anyway causing Player2 to troll and selected Soraka leaving us with 2 supports and no jungler. As Soraka he refused to heal a single player in the laning phase and never left mid lane trying to out farm the other. This of course lead to top and bottom lane failing before 13 min and despite all their efforts lost their lanes. The players then proceeded to go afk or roam around in the jungle.
I understand this was an unusually toxic situation, but I don't feel that I nor the two summoners who were not toxic should suffer because we can't get out of a bad situation or make the two toxic players leave the match themselves. What I'm asking for and praying for to be heard is to make a safety net for all of us players who try to move up and do our best by giving us a daily dodge or a counter like in Aram. Such as completing some number of games in ranked without dodging gives us a free dodge to not give us a 30 minute wait time to avoid others who don't care what happens. I really hope this gets looked into and not seen as someone just complaining about a bad experience, I want for us players who try to feel like we get a little something out of being a more positive teammate.
