So, can you go more indepth? is it because he just can't diss out damage like he used to, or is it becausse he's too easilt focused with tanks like maoki?

Lugg1 votesI think it had a bigger impact than people realize. His strength was being a lane bully early. Getting a nerf on his primary poke really reduced this, so he can't punish early and get ahead which is how he won games. I personally think he is pretty average now.
