Toxic community.. Rito plz!

Riot, Please do something about this horrible community. The tribunal needs to come back - and fast. I have two accounts, this one (Plat IV) and my other one (Gold V), And just one division away the difference is unbelievable with how people act in games. Today alone i have been called a "N****R", "Garbage (Only the games I lose, of course)", and several other curse words i won't repeat here. I played about 7 or 8 games today and of those i've have had 3 people in separate games just up and AFK giving up after being behind a few kills. (One game of which we actually got them to come back and play, and we won... go figure).

To put it in perspective, over 75% of my games in high silver/low gold are so unbelievably toxic. On this account maybe 10% of my games in plat IV/III have ONE person like this.

I can't even begin to fathom how bad this problem is in bronze.

I'm putting this under gameplay because this is very much a gameplay issue, and I hope you guys do something about this sooner than later.

6 games 18-24

in 8 games only two where competent. i dont add thsoe to the shit player count becuase no matter how i look at those two games. the players where at the as should be and youd hear nothing but gj or better lcuk next time from me.

the 6 games with 18 morons i have happily flamed away

those six shit games i had every thing form spitefully picking a role some one wanted to feeding to 2 afks 2 purpsoly lsoing a game while purposly ruing the game for others not jsut me.

if some one says adc please please please id love you for ever, and you take adc and feed. thats a spitful dick move. and the way that adc failed to last hit a dragon as trista who can jump if flash is down. it was clear as day he was jsut being a jerk since a syndra got dragon with 20 hp

It's worse in the bronze/silver ELO's because as it stands right now, there are NO repercussions against trolls, (2 week bans do not stop the trolls as all they do is just make a new account, get the free champions from youtube, facebook, and twitter, and continue to troll).

What's worse is the fact that riot almost PROMOTES this behavior with its lack of discipline and lack of the tribunal system due to the fact it's all just run by number of reports vs number of Actual legit reports. Also, the system does not see who started the trolling/raging/etc but only punishes those that retaliate even the slightest bit. I had a game yesterday where I had to ignore EVERYONE due to the fact that my team was trolling me cause I was playing an off meta pick, and the opponents were being douchenozzles. This was a NORMAL GAME.. A normal.. where you go to learn a champ, have fun, and try new strategies..

This really needs to change, or at least continue to give incentive to those of us neutral players to actually be more positive and less positive/toxic from time to time.

I love the fact that I am in silver and my team has Bronze 5 and Bronze 4's and they just yell "BRONZE FOR LIFE" in chat and feed all game.
