hey guys, last season i kept blaming others that i can't get out of bronze and things like this, then i posted something here that i needed help to get out of bronze and some people really helped me get better with some tips and i actually made it to silver, however i got to b5 again this season and i can for sure tell that my skills aren't the same as last season because i only play like 2 games a day , but you can't actually forget a skill you learned, so my question is how to remember how to play this game and how do i improve? i want to climb again , any advices are welcome and thank you.

It's possible that it might not be really your fault.

Due to Dynamic queue's long wait time at higher ELO, lots of higher ranked players are playing on smurfs to get on games faster and playing with/against lower ranked players, so this might be affecting you if you've been unfortunate enough to get matched against these smurfs.

Honestly... Find 2 champions for 2 positions... Practice the hell out of them... Queue for those positions... Just keep playing and you'll get there... LoL is all about experience... When you play for long enough you know what to expect from all the champs and their builds, when to push, when to safely baron, pick a fight at baron etc... Skill is something extra that you need to work on... Practice last hitting in bots as an example...

well, jinx is pretty good as far as her kit goes, but her skill floor is pretty low, meaning that it doesn't take much skill to play her and she can still do well. Don't get me wrong though, jinx with a skilled player is still intimidating as i'm pretty sure she's notorious for potential pentas.

Draven on the other hand has a decently high skill floor to take advantage of his axe-catching mechanic to the maximum, and also a high skill ceiling to exploit it. In a sense, Draven was THE hp-damage chucker adc before Jhin. He can reach jhin-levels of damage-per-auto (or a bit just below them) while being able to have actual attack speed like normal adcs/marksmen. Put these two together and draven can sometimes 2-3 shot kill the enemy marksman. they say Draven counter Vayne, not because vayne is bad but literally because vayne does high sustained damage over time the more attacks she gets to make..... but Draven does high BURST damage over time if you are skilled at juggling axes, meaning that he will destroy your hp at a faster rate than she can as long as he can keep spinning axes.

Same with jinx, she can do high sustained damage, but Draven's Q multiplier gives him the ability to do it much better. Nothing wrong with being bad at draven, adcs all have strengths and weaknesses and purposes in a team comp. Make draven screw up his spinning axes and he becomes just another adc with average adc damage

I just checked your match history... If you want to climb play simple champions. Forget about Lee Sin, play him only in normals. I know he is a fun champion to play, but it wont bring you many victories. Try to add in your champion pool champions with nice cc. For top: Garen (very very strong pick, good even if you are behind but its hard to lose with this guy) Malphite (farm, farm, farm...and be a beast in teamfights) Maokai (great kit, especially for a top lane tank) For jungle: Amumu (very powerful ultimate, very tanky, good cc) MonkeyKing (such a strong champion for solo Q...but it works better in jungle because on top he got a lot of counters...he has weak clears, so get second point in W, to tank the damage from camps...play safe early game and shine mid/late game. You can build him as an assassin, bruiser or even tank if you need to) Volibear (build full tank and do the most damage on your team...because your W scales with hp. He is a beast in early game, you can 1v1 almost everyone and you cant get invaded because of your passive) For adc: whatever you want as long as you know where to stay in a teamfight, because in low elo supports usually wont peel for you.

Those are just some suggestions, feel free to try those champions and if you like them and you see that you have a good impact, try to spamm them in normals, then go in ranked and carry your team.

Also:

  1. Check the map always
  2. Use trinkets, buy pink wards (doesnt matter if you are the adc, you have to ward too)
  3. Dont flame...flamers always bring down the moral of the team and its kinda insta lose.
  4. Pick champions that have great late game, because in low elo games last longer.
  5. If you re adc, dont follow your support every time, sometimes he can make really really bad engages. You dont have to die for his faults.
  6. If you re jungle, try to counter jungle...and gank only the lanes that have carry potential. If someone flames you for not ganking his lane, just mute him and report him at the end of the game...also if they rely on ganks to win the lane, that means they are pretty weak players, so dont lose time helping them. As jungler, the most important thing is to not waste time...so whenever you do a good gank, tax the lane and maybe push it, attack the tower, especially if the enemy laner doesnt got teleport.
  7. If you re top laner, pick teleport 99% of the time, ask your bot lane to deep ward so you can tp at lvl 6 to pick some kills. Also, feel free to roam mid after you shove the lane in the enemy turret.
  8. In late game stick with your team...no matter what, because usually the games are lost because someone is catched, the respawn timer is 50 seconds and the enemy will take baron, will get turrets...and so on.
  9. If you re a initiator tank, wait for a good moment to initiate. Be sure your team is close to you, and ping them to follow. 10.Feel free to build item 2045 on tank champions, like Volibear , Amumu, especially if your support dont buy a sighstone. I started in bronze 2 this season, now I am gold 3...but oh, boy, you should saw my supports in bronze/low silver. 50% of them were playing Lux/Morgana full ap or some off meta supports like LeeSin . Thats all...I think...I hope I was usefull. Good luck!
