Tweak Lucian
So I've been playing Lucian since he was released and I admit he was a little strong in the beginning. But now after his nerfs I feel like he has fallen off quite a bit. Was looking for some feedback on a few ideas.

Scale Lucian's W with AD: It hits pathetically weak and I know it's got the speed boost attached to it but if you are using it defensively to kite I would say there are a ton of champs that either slow, boost speed, or gap close.

Scale all of his abilities with both AD and AP: This would give him a little wiggle room with builds and make it a little harder to counter him. Would then let all of his abilities feel useful as a "spell casting ADC".

Allow his R to utilize his crit chance: Seems to be a little "wet noodle"y for me. And most people dodge at least some of his ult. And if you are getting hit by it then you are most likely a tank.

The Culling shoots out Piercing Lights: This would add some flair and team utility to his ult.
Any thoughts on any of these ideas. I don't think all of these should be implemented as a disclaimer. I am also open to any tips I may have missed in my searches and experience while playing him.
