Galio support is the way of the future.
Doubt it.
I think since they mentioned his name in a largely looked at document AND removed the main thing that was making him unviable, a lot of people will be like "Hey look, a good champion. And he just got buffed, lets test him out." And then he will be reborn into LoL.
I don't think so. He still lacks a way to get into a fight. He has some strong skills yet somehow his kit still feels clunky. I really doubt anyone would notice the difference between tenacity and no tenacity
