I have really had enough of riot and their ranking system. I won 7 games out of 10, and i got placed in b5. how so? i was in b3 before and started towards the end of the season. What is this blasphemy?

seriously, i tried hard and worked hard to get those wins, did really good most of those games, carried once or twice. WHY? riot what is the point in playing ranked if now i have to work my way back up again. I may just play normal, less stressful and tbh i find it more fun cause i dont have to worry so hard... im so done. sorry i need to rant and break something.. BRB

what makes me mad is b5 really... now i am in b5 7 wins with 0 points... lmao would of been better if you actually gave me points for those 7 wins but NO you hate everyone.

you lost your first placement game. thats huge. then you won 2 and then lost again. losing games in the first 5 has a big impact on where you are placed. apart from that i see a ton of games where you have double digit deaths and your cs average max is 63/10. if you work on deaths and cs, you'll be out of bronze in no time. until then you belong there man!

one more tip: use your trinket every time when its up and for heavens sake upgrade it at lvl 9. its free!!!

Don't worry about it. Exactly what happened to me this season and I ended up in silver 3. You can climb you just gotta play ranked which is why I just play ranked and don't take it too seriously but don't play my trolly picks like support xerath in ranked.

After Placements, you won't be the same rank you ended S5 / S6 Preseason as.

If you deserve to be a higher rank, then eventually you will get there.

For those who don't understand why there are MMR resets and why Placements are how they are take into consideration the following.

The game is constantly changing, Players can be a Bronze material player one patch and a Gold Player in another patch. Don't expect to be the same rank every season just because you ended S5 as X rank. The game is always changing that means the player must adapt to these changes. Some players adapt to change better than others, that is why they are ranked higher. The point of the MMR Reset is to display how a player has adapted to these changes, which means the rank you're placed at isn't so significant. 10 Game is statistically not a large enough sample size to draw any conclusions, so stop worrying about your Rank and continue playing more games.

yeah its pretty stupid i just won 7 out of 10 and won 6 of the games with tristana and im sitting at 100% winrate atm with her and i get b5 i know im NOT that bad at the game.. was silver in season 4
