make ekko's shadow always visible.

i've been thinking, riot should make ekko's shadow (the one from his r) always visible instead of only being visible when he has it. i mean when your r is on cd, it's literally screaming to the enemy team that you don't have it and you can be dove easily. players should count the enemy's abilities cd themselves, not be told to them.
