Wasn't reworked Akali supposed to be healthier?

oh look, people complaining about a champion that isn't even out...
How is she a mashup? Literally only thing that is similar to either of those two is Akali Q and Talon Q.
Didn't they say they wanted her to be less snowball reliant? So she is healthier, the game.... Well she's not even out yet why are people complaining?
