A Flaw? I hope I'm wrong... Could S Ranks Become Impossible?

Ive had a couple of posts recently complaining about not being able to S, but I think that while everyone is focusing on the HOW TO and not the WHY for the grading system. First off, as most who have done research know, your grade is based on how well you do compared to other players worldwide in that position with that champion. Thats all rito here tells us, at least. It might be easier for support, but thats because nobody ever want to play there. (Its a good position to play in reality, just no kill glory.) As for the rest of us, this possible scenario I found could come about a hell of a lot faster. So. The flaw. So we will take ten players playing with one champ, in one position. All of them want S ranks, but only the best of them can have it. So the others manage to get someone to beat that score. Now that player is the standard for S ranks. The players keep trying to get better and better, having higher and higher scores to get an S. After a time, nobody can beat the top score. Not even the best of them, who still wants to get better. So its impossible to get an S now. See how this plays out now? With everyone in the international playerbase, even if divised by ranks levels and elos tries to go for S, the, it becomes impossible. Could this be so?
