I know he's gotten popular as a top laner, but I'm wondering how many people still play him as a jungler, and if he benefits from the new item as much as other tank junglers, or if it's just an alternative to playing him top lane.

His late game is unfocused.
But his mid game is still one of the best in terms of junglers. His CC combo still autokills any lane he can get in range of and his ult is still strong for team fights.
But his W range isn't long enough to be the main initiator or the best ganker of mobile champions.
I would say he is mid tier. He benefits from max health, obviously, with his passive. But his weaknesses in the jungle didn't change.
