Update soul-stealer Vayne

Hey soooo, some Gem skins are seriously outdated I have soulstealer vayne on 1 of my other accounts and i have to say ingame its quite dissapointing. The skin doesnt do much, a slight animation when you shoot but that is it. The skin isnt outstanding, not bright, just old and for 10 gemstones i think its seriously lacking.

The Gemstones skins should be THE BEST skins in the game. You can not even buy the skins, you MUST earn the gems.

It took me ages and ages to get 10 Gems, those things seriously aint easy to get and so the skin(s) should be outstanding. Soul-stealer Vayne is so old that it needs an update, animations and the skin and how it looks like in general.
