Will Teemo's passive poison "pop" the spellshield from Edge of Night?

Been playing a ton of Tryndamere lately and Teemo is obviously a little obnoxious with his blind. Wondering if Edge of Night spell shield will hold through his autos or does the passive poison pop it?

Anyone that can shed light on this get's a gold star :D
