anyone know if those syndra passive buffs r coming back?

Not currently but we could see it in the Pre-season. Riot always does a ton of stuff during the Pre-season and experiments a lot more.

They might if Syndra needed any buffs.

She's in a pretty good spot right now, make her stronger and sheeple will start bitching
