Will Riot listen to Champion Balance feedback & suggestions i will be sending trough PBE?

Not trying to imply anything bad towards Riot, i'm genuinely curios if my words and suggestions will have any value and if its just there to test and not to discuss, i don't want to write stuff for nothing. Thank you.

Balance? Generally not, since PBE is shitty for balance due to its incredibly small population. Although if something is absurdly broken it will probably be nerfed on PBE before hitting live.
