Qiyana May Need Buffs

I've laned against her several times in mid lane and have noticed that she can't lane well enough. She does next to no damage and runs out of mana pretty quickly. Once this happens, she can't do anything but try and save enough mana to Q minions or back for mana. Happens every time and I end up doubling her CS and leave to roam while she's forced to either catch up in CS or follow my roam and likely die, due to lack of items and base damage. Even when she's played as a top laner, I've seen her failing, as well. I'm not quite sure what role she is meant to play, at this point. All I know is that she doesn't seem to fit into any role, as of now.

qiyana has more dmg in 1 ability then most assassins are allowed to have in their entire kit, its actually fucking disgusting, saw a fed quiyana get a pentakill with just her ult and Q, i think she needs harsh asf nerfs, like stripping 50% of her dmg out of her kit entirely Edit: to those that are downvoting, it's possible to have her ult hit 3 times (4 if she has an ivern) allowing it to do 720 (+510% bonus AD) (+42% of targets Max health) (or with ivern 960 (+680% Bonus AD) (+56% of Targets Max health)) this single handedly gives her the highest damage ultimate in the whole damn game, this is not okay, espcially since her ult is a Fat ass AoE skillshot

It's more likely people are still trying to figure her out than her actual power level.
