Galio suggestion

Galio does not have much synergy within his own kit. So what about the possibility for creating different enhancements to his powers when they are combined with Righteous Gust? When Bulwark is on an ally or Galio, their movement speed is increased when moving through Righteous Gust. More so than moving through it without Bulwark. Galio can cast Resolute Smite onto Righteous gust to send it flying like Jayce's power slam.

What this allows for is a more reliable way for Galio to use his ultimate. Casting Righteous Gust, shooting his Resolute Smite down the slipstream to slow enemies. Then using Bulwark on himself to move faster through the slipstream to reach the slowed enemies and cast Idol Of Duran.

The movement speed on allies could be slower than when self cast. All of these changes would provide him more opportunities to interact with is team. A drastic difference compared to slowly moving about casting his Q.

This also allows for Galio to be useful as a tank when his ultimate is down. Considering the high mana cost used to balance out his kit, I feel that making strategic choices to alter the outcome of a fight coincides greatly with this inhibitor. “What power do I use? Who should I speed up?” These sort of choices given his new utility and consistent higher mana costs would prevent spamming as it does now while allowing for more “gameplay highs” when his ult is down.

In a meta that favors early game pressure from AD champions, utility can be a solid counter to slow the pace of the game down. If Galio was given more power to other aspects of his kit, you could nerf his Q given his other powers now offer more functions and synergy.
