Free to play key frags

Hello all. I think that Riot Games should add being able to earn key frags with Free To Play Champions.

I haven't used the free to play ever since the Hextech CRafting System came out. I wanna play Zed, Ziggs, Tahm Kench. But I hate taking the risk of getting a key fragment but can't get one cause I don't own it...

And I think this is a reasonable request.

Btw I'm not being greedy, We're lucky enough as it is from getting free Cosmetics. but I want to play people the free to play.
