Kassadin 5.5 PBE

So I looked at Kassadins PBE notes for 5.5 ( http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/03/34-pbe-update.html ) and I must say, though I would have prefered 550 range on his ultimate, the further mana cost reduction and the cooldown reduction does seem okay.

I do believe hes still in a weak spot compared to Leblanc though, even before the bucket of molten diarrhea was poured all over his ultimate. I can clearly see now that asking to revert the ultimate range is going to be futile ( I wish u would rito plz ). But while we're messing with ranges here Why not put back 50 range on his Q? It was originally 700 alongside leblancs Q awhile back

So... Why not?
