Why the fuck did i get penalized?

I was starting a ranked game and as we got to loading screen, my game crashed and the client reopened(this has happened a couple of times before), so i closed the client and reopened it and logged in like usual when this happens, and i load it and the game starts. But of course when i get in and the game starts, champions were invisible and i couldent buy anything, basically it seems like nobody spawned in, but i could still use chat and see it, and see pings. So, i leave the game and reconnect(I have to close my client in game because i lag when its opened, so it takes forever for the client to stop loading) and i start connecting again, then i get thrown back into the client due to teammates remaking, but i still lose 17 LP from it. What the fuck. It wasnt my fucking fault my game and client fucking did that, why do i still get fucking penalized? Is it because it saw me as actually leaving the game? I thought remake was made so nobody gets penalized and its like the game never happened? I know there is nothing Riot can really do, but holy shit that makes no sense.
