New Idea for Draven Axes to Add On?

I think that a new feature should be added to axes in connection with Draven ult where whenever Draven catches an ace it reduce his ult cool down by 1. Like how ezreal reduces his cool downs by hitting a target with his q. But instead catching axes only effects ult cooldown. I think this would be a good system of reward for draven catching his axes along with stacks an so he can "execute" /utilize his ult more as it a main key for his kit (as it finishes fleeing enemies).
