Hey i need help

Well people Often call me a troll because i play AP sion mid lane the burst is extremely Epic And i do well 90percent of the time the 10percent is not because i am playing it its because well i am a silver 3 and i do some stupid plays all the time but my question or what i need help with is my build You see i GO Roa hextech protoblet-01 liandrys torment abyscal scepter sorcer shoes but i never know what to build last i usually keep it as a situational item or build some kind of armor i was wondering if i could add or remove from my build? it works really well but i just need help ! also i wanna know if anyone may perhaps know how to build him ad or tank? and what to build and what would i max if i was ad or tank because i max E than W lastly q My whole combo is either Poke them down than Ult them and kill them Or I Ult Start my shield Hit them Blow the shield E protobelt than Q thats my combo i do pretty well but id like to know more information about sion and other ways to build him thank you! i wanna be able to play him other positions and i feel like going top ap is troll.
