High ranks in matches with no ranked / newbies

I've been playing a while now noticing some ranked people playing in newbies matches recently when check my match history and watch the people who played it the enemy team had silver , gold ,bronze and yea thats it i wanna know wtf going on. They cant have high ranks playing with low ranks / newbies.... they should have ranks playing with other ranks too , FIX THIS PLZZZZZZ!
