Auto Teams for casual players?

Hey Riot, I would like to join/create a casual team of randoms but find it difficult creating or joining existing teams. Can you guys make a system that lets you create a team with openings that let anyone apply/join on your UI by just clicking a join/request button? Also, search all available openings, etc. The system would have team captains that can add/dismiss members.

I think this would make this much more enjoyable for casual players like me, more immersive, interactive, engaging, easier to get a team, and less work for randoms. If it could enhance, rather than replace the existing system would be best.
