Ornn petition

How come Irelia , the champ that can 1v5 ezpz, can have a W that makes her essentially "cannot be disabled" while reducing damage and then dealing some but Ornn cannot have a W that makes him "cannot be disabled" and hes pretty useless rn. Riot pls do something about that.
