Can we get some ranked stats reset

I have been to promo in season 5 at least 3 times and every time I fail to find a team in which i can play properly i loose the promo every time. i dont know if its just ritos way of saying that i am not aloud to leave b5 or is it that people purposely search for others in promo just to troll . can the stats of certain acc be like mine :P
